• Since it is a small wedding, there are no hotel blocks, but head to our Where to Stay page for some hotel recommendations. You also can't go wrong with Airbnbs or vacation homes in the Summit West, River West, Old Bend, Awbrey Butte or Tetherow neighborhoods. If you have any questions or need an opinion on anything, let us know. Our house is also open to anyone who wants to crash there. (We won’t be there!)

  • The Redmond airport (RDM) is our preferred airport and is about a 20-minute drive from Bend. You may also consider flying into Portland (PDX) and driving a rental car to Bend (approximately a 2.5-hour drive).

  • While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, we strongly recommend renting a car. This will provide you with the greatest flexibility to attend any wedding events and explore the area at your own pace.

  • Both the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors. Following dinner, events will take place in both outdoor and indoor settings. Please keep in mind that June in Central Oregon can still be quite chilly at night, so plan accordingly.

  • Let’s call it ‘summer formal’ - is that a thing?! Here’s a moodboard to give you some inspo. The wedding will take place on a grassy area, so flat shoes or wedges are recommended for the ladies.

  • With respect, our wedding will be an adult-only event, with the exception of young family members. Please take this opportunity to let your hair down!

  • Unfortunately due to headcount restraints at our venue, we can allow named invitees only.

  • Your presence is the ultimate present. If you’re able to join us, there is no pressure to purchase a gift. If gift giving is your love language, you can find our registry here.
